Forgot to put up these photos on tuesday, but here they are. =)
I’ve started my next order, a red 50’s style dress that a friend is going to wear when she’s a bridesmaid. When I’m done with that I’ll get back to work on the Alice costumes.

Well I haven’t updated in a month, sorry, life has been really busy since my last update. I had to work extra because my co-worker was sick & I haven’t been feeling too great myself for the past month, stubborn cold that refuses to go away completely.
Otherwise things have been good, I’ve had family visiting & hanging out with good friends & laughing alot & I mean alot!!!!!! =D
The dress for S is finished, I’ll put up some photos tomorrow. The corset didn’t turn out exactly as I had hoped but she was still happy, that will teach me to try a new pattern on a new body, should always try new patterns on myself first.
The Alice in Wonderland costumes are on hold for the moment, I need to get started on the dress I’m making for S, it has to be done by Easter. =)
I did see Alice in Wonderland last night at the cinema & I loved it, the costumes are great. If you haven’t seen it yet, I recommend that you do.
Looks like everyone is inspired by Alice in Wonderland at the moment, I bought both of these T-shirts when I was out shopping yesterday. =)
My Mad Hatter costume so far, everything is about half done, just need to add the lining, finish the edges, sew in the zip, things like that =)
My friend Erica was very lovely & made this braclet for me, of course it’s purple as that is one of my favourite colours =D
Erica has more lovely handmade jewellery in her Etsy shop, go check it out.
Here’s the behind the scenes film from the photoshoot I had with Leo & Erica, this whole experience was so fun & I can’t wait to do it again.
Thank you again Leo for being such a talented photographer & for helping me & thanks to my lovely friend Erica for helping me model. =)
Here are a few more photos from the photoshoot with Leo Erdfelt & my lovely friend Erica, soon I will post a behind the scenes film that Leo is fixing. =)
The last of the photos, which have a funny little story behind them. I made these two costumes when I studied in Gothenburg, back in 2001. The men’s costume was made to fit my brother (he used to be very skinny), I tried the whole costume on a year or so ago & could just fit into it. Anyway it turns out that I’ve gained abit of weight so I couldn’t fit into the shorts & neither could my friend so we just hung them infront instead, which is why it looks weird. =)
Now I ask you to please ignore the wrinkles, as the dress got wrinkled in the garment bag & me being silly, forgot to bring my iron to fix it at the photoshoot. Luckily I can still fit into my dress, but that’s only because I have to wear a corset underneath. We had to pull the corset abit tighter than it has been before & that would have been fine, but because we also forgot to eat lunch, I almost passed out. =)
So note to self, next photoshoot – eat lunch & bring iron.
So I got my photos from the photoshoot I did on tuesday with Leo Erdfelt, please check out his other brilliant photos on his homepage. My lovely friend Erica was kind enough to help model some of my costumes.
Ok here we go, this is going to be a long post =D Enjoy!!!!!!
Yesterday I had a photoshoot with Leo Erdfelt, who is an extremely talented photographer. I should get the photos in a couple of weeks & I can’t wait. My lovely friend Erica helped me by modeling some of my clothes, we had so much fun =)
