One thing I loved when we bought this house was the apple tree in the front garden, so what does one do when they have an abundance of apples, well you bake apple cake =)
So here’s a bucket of apples, these are just the ones that fell off the tree today, I think I have about 50 or so in a basket in the garage.
After peeling & slicing about 28 apples, layering them with breadcrumbs & sugar, you get this….
4 normal apple cakes & 8 mini ones, 4 of the mini ones have cinnamon on them for my Sweetie. I hate cinnamon, so he’ll have those all for himself, Aren’t I a good housewife =P
